How long will shipping take?

Due to COVID, there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Will usually take up to 2-3 weeks for shipping.

Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

When you receive an email that your order has been shipped, you will get a tracking number with a USPS link which will redirect you to track your order.

Where do we ship to?

We ship Nationwide!

Will I get notified when my order is shipped?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email from us when you pay and when your order has been shipped to you.

My order arrived damaged... What should I do?

Within 7 days of you receiving it damaged, please email Official.Kvons@gmail.com with an image and an explanation and we will send you a new order.    

What should I do if I entered the wrong email address?

Within 24 hours of your order, please email us Official.Kvons@gmail.com to have your address corrected. 

I never received my package/got stolen, what should I do?

Once your order is in transit, it is out of our control. Contact your local USPS store and file a report.
